The Pink Gimlet, made with grapefruit juice and French Lille Rosé wine, is slightly lighter than the classic version, goes down smoothly, and makes a great treat for Sunday brunch, a bachelorette party, or a pool party. Shake with ice until the shaker fogs up—it's the perfect chill.
