Ingredients:

  • 6 medium-sized cucumbers, peeled and seeded, chopped flesh
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 8 sprigs of mint
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. gin
  • Cucumber and lemon slices, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Strain the cucumber pulp through a sieve into a bowl and let cool. Combine the lemon juice, mint sprigs, and sugar in a decanter. Add the gin and cucumber juice and stir. Pour the cocktail into glasses filled with ice and garnish with lemon and cucumber slices.
