"Laab" is a Thai dish made from ground turkey (Larb) - a detailed recipe.

Ingredients for the recipe:
Laab:
- 700 g of ground turkey (preferably dark meat)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 piece (10 cm long) lemongrass, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 Thai chili pepper (such as prik kee nu), stemmed and thinly sliced, or 1 serrano chili pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 head of lettuce (leaves removed)
- Submission option: sticky or steamed white rice
Refueling:
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (from 5 limes)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of honey

Cook until the vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes. - Add the ground turkey and season with salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until the meat and vegetables are cooked through, about 5 minutes. Add the dressing and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the mint. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the turkey mixture on lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Serve with sticky rice.
