The burger patty is arguably the centerpiece, both physically and flavor-wise. Here are three options for creating incredibly delicious and unusual cheese-stuffed patties. For those who prefer something softer, try mozzarella; for gourmets, try a rich blue cheese; and for those who enjoy a little spice, try a blend of sharp cheddar and pimento pepper. Just remember to choose the right two! Melted, gooey cheese is sure to be a delightful addition to your usual burgers.
