Place the chips on foil, sprinkle them with grated cheese and sausage, and add a spoonful of refried beans. Wrap the foil and heat on the grill. When you open the package, a delicious and flavorful dish with melted, gooey cheese awaits you. Top it off with your favorite sauces and enjoy. No need to dip the nachos; just pick the chips up with your hands, and each one will be loaded with delicious filling. A perfect picnic option!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 200 gr. nachos corn chips
  • 60g cooked chorizo ​​sausage, quartered lengthwise and cut into 1cm thick pieces.
  • 180 g of grated Cheddar
  • 180 g of grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 4 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
  • 4 tbsp. l. guacamole
  • 4 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • Special equipment: strong aluminum foil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-low heat. Cut 4 pieces of foil, each 18 inches long, and lay them on the work surface, shiny side up, with the long side facing you. Spray the foil evenly with cooking spray.
  2. Place a quarter of all the chips on the left side of 1 piece of foil, sprinkle with a quarter of the sausage and both types of cheese. Place a quarter on top. refried beansCover with the empty side of the foil and seal the edges to form a bundle. Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 identical foil bundles.

  3. Place them on the grill, cover, and grill for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chips are hot.
  4. Transfer the parcels to a large platter. Carefully, to avoid being burned by the steam, unfold the foil and sprinkle each portion with 1 tablespoon of cilantro, then top with 1 tablespoon of guacamole, jalapeno, salsa and sour cream.
