Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack (225 g) sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add half the oil. When the oil is hot, add the vegetables and quickly sauté, stirring, until almost tender, about 5 minutes. While the vegetables are cooking, heat a second skillet over high heat and add the remaining oil.
