Recipe:
Hot dog with sausage fried in a pan
Cook the sausage in a hot cast iron skillet with a little vegetable oil, butter, or lard for about 5 minutes.
Stir-fry with onions and bacon
Fry 4 slices of chopped bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until the fat is rendered, about 5 minutes. Add 1/2 of a thinly sliced onion and cook, stirring, until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce, lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
Pepper-spiced chips
Spread 1 cup lightly crumbled tortilla chips on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. chili powder Add lime and shake to combine. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the chips are lightly toasted, 4-5 minutes. Let cool.
