Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 g lean ground beef
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 crushed cloves of garlic
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 can (480 g) of tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tbsp. barbecue sauce

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place a saucepan or cauldron over medium heat, add oil, garlic, and onion. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 3-5 minutes until the onion is soft and fragrant. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Add the ground beef and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently to break up any lumps.
- Add chili powder and cumin and stir to distribute the spices evenly. Stir in the tomato sauce and broth, and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the barbecue sauce and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
