Tender sugar snap peas don't require much cooking. Simply pan-fry them in olive oil and black pepper for just a few minutes to infuse them with a savory flavor. Sprinkle the cooked peas with fleur de sel or coarse sea salt to complement their natural sweetness. Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
