Serve it as a healthy appetizer while you wait for the main course or as a tableside treat at a house party. It's recommended to prepare this dip without a blender; simply mix everything with a fork to feel the texture of the crumbled blue cheese. Arrange any fresh or blanched vegetables around the dip and serve.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 110 g crumbled blue cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Hot pepper sauce
  • Fresh pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
