The hot sauce also pairs well with pork ribs and is even suitable for pizza. By reducing the amount of vinegar and adding more honey, you can achieve a thicker consistency and shift the flavor toward sweetness.

Chipotle hot sauce
- 1.5 cups red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2-3 tbsp chipotle pepper puree
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 110 g cold butter, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons ancho pepper powder
Blue cheese and yogurt dip
- 500 ml thick Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
