Deep-fried pickles may seem like an odd snack, but once you try them, you'll realize they're incomparable! A savory, juicy pickle encased in a crisp, spicy cornbread coating, they're perfect for snacking, as a side dish for burgers, or simply as a beer accompaniment. For easy eating, it's best to cut the pickles into sticks. Dry them thoroughly before frying to ensure the breading adheres well. If you don't have a deep fryer, you can fry them in a large pot with a deep-fry thermometer attached to the side. Serve the crispy pickles with dipping sauce.
