Almost out of mustard?

Add diced shallots, vinegar, and plenty of olive oil, then shake well. Voila—vinaigrette.
An empty peanut butter jar?

Make this overnight oats in this jar the night before (oats, yogurt, dried fruit, chocolate if desired) and enjoy a peanut-flavored breakfast.
