Beef brisket can be cooked in the oven to achieve the same delicious barbecue flavor as real beef. To achieve this, it's important to choose the right spices, add brown sugar for a sweet barbecue flavor, and slowly simmer the meat in the oven until it's very tender. The finished brisket should easily flake with a fork. Shred it and use it in sandwiches.
