Sausage cutlets - detailed recipe.

- 1 peeled potato
- 350 gr. sausage mince
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped (about 1/3 cup)

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Grate the potatoes on a cutting board, add salt, then transfer to a bowl lined with a towel and squeeze out excess liquid.
Place the potatoes, onion, ground pork, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is finely ground, like sausage. Heat a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
When the oil is hot, form 8 potato-meat patties, 8 cm wide and 1 cm thick, and place them in the pan. Fry the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side until richly golden brown.
