Mac 'n' Cheese is an American dish that, although translated into Russian as macaroni and cheese, is actually something much more delicious. After all, the pasta isn't simply topped with cheese; it's cooked in a delicious cheese sauce with a rich, creamy flavor. This recipe requires just five ingredients: macaroni, unsweetened condensed milk, butter, grated cheese, and salt. With such minimal ingredients, this pasta is perfect for feeding children. You can also add a little black pepper or nutmeg if desired. Mac 'n' Cheese is perfect for a hearty breakfast, and a slow cooker makes it quicker to prepare.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.

- 450 g of pasta
- 360 g of unsweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp (45 g) butter
- 3 cups grated young or medium-ripe cheddar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the pasta in the slow cooker, add 4 cups of water, and 1 tablespoon of salt. Then, following the manufacturer's instructions, close the lid and prepare the slow cooker. Set the pressure cooker to high pressure and cook for 4 minutes.
- After the pressure cooker cycle is complete, follow the manufacturer's instructions to release steam and wait for the quick release cycle to complete. Be careful not to burn yourself with residual steam, unlock and remove the lid, and switch the multicooker to the sauté mode at low heat.
- Stir in the condensed milk, butter, and 1/4 cup water. Then gradually add the cheddar, stirring constantly until the cheese is completely melted. Serve hot.
