This delicious Asian noodle dish takes no more than 20 minutes to prepare. Thinly sliced chicken is sautéed with garlic and ginger, then tossed in a pan with noodles, grated carrots, bok choy, and a delicious Asian sauce. You can use any egg noodles from the Asian section or regular spaghetti, cooked al dente and rinsed with cold water. Don't try to make your dish "more Asian" by frying it in sesame oil first. It has a rich flavor and aroma and will burn even at low temperatures—use it only for the sauce.
