Store-bought frozen potato vareniki are incredibly versatile and easy to prepare. This recipe traditionally uses boiled vareniki and pan-fried them until cooked through. Fried vareniki are even more delicious, especially with brown butter, which imparts a pleasant nutty flavor, and lemon juice and dill for a more vibrant flavor. Serve immediately to enjoy the crispy crust.
