This is one of the signature desserts of Belgian cuisine. While strolling the streets of Brussels, you'll often come across numerous waffle stands, filled with a delightful, distinctive aroma. One of the hallmarks of Belgian waffles is their softness and fluffiness. They taste especially good freshly baked, served hot with a scoop of ice cream. But they also pair beautifully with fruit, chocolate, whipped cream, or simply dusted with powdered sugar.
