In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 8 ounces (220 g) snow peas, 1 bunch finely chopped green onions, a pinch of sugar, and 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes, then remove the lid and reduce the liquid for another 2 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
