Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Brownie:

Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth; let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9 x 13-inch baking sheet with foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on all sides; spray with cooking spray.

  3. Combine the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and water in a medium saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring until the butter melts. Turn off the heat. Stir in the melted chocolate, then the eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla. Fold in the flour mixture until smooth. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Carefully remove the brownie from the pan by pulling on the foil tabs; transfer the brownie to a wire rack and let cool completely.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze.:

In a large bowl, beat the butter with a mixer on high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla, and salt. Reduce the speed to low and mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Increase the speed to high and beat until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes, adding an additional 1–2 tablespoons of milk if necessary. Frost the brownies. Cut into squares and decorate with googly eyes and sprinkles.
