Nothing compares to homemade Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, the aroma of which fills the whole house! If you're short on time but still want to bake something homemade, try this clever recipe. Your lifesaver is store-bought fresh yeast pizza dough, a great alternative to traditional cinnamon roll dough. By saving time on dough, you can make homemade glaze, and no one will guess you used a pre-made product.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface and let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Roll the dough into a 20x35 cm rectangle. Grease the dough with butter. Sprinkle the butter with the brown sugar mixture and smooth it out slightly. With the long side facing you, make 3 vertical slits in the dough to create 4 equal strips, each 20 cm long and 8.5 cm wide. Place one strip of dough in the prepared pan, sugar-side up. Repeat with the remaining strips of dough, stacking them.
- Bake until golden brown, 28–30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Invert the pan onto a serving platter and set aside to cool slightly.
- To prepare the glazeSift the powdered sugar into a medium bowl. Stir in the milk and vanilla until smooth. Cut the cinnamon cake into pieces and drizzle with the glaze.
