Beetroot and Tahini Hummus

How to Make Beet and Tahini Hummus

The sweet, earthy flavor of beets is softened by the addition of ready-made hummus with tahini (sesame paste) and creamy labneh (an Eastern yogurt cream cheese). If you can't find labneh, simply substitute whole-milk yogurt in the same proportions. Black sesame seeds and cilantro add vibrant colors to this beet hummus.
