Everyone's favorite macaroni and cheese can be made dairy-free, and it's just as delicious. The sauce is made with cashews, potato, and pumpkin puree, and nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor. The sauce has a consistency and color similar to real cheese sauce. Stir it into the macaroni while it's still hot, and enjoy. Delicious and healthy!
