Whipped cream flavored with natural vanilla and orange zest makes a wonderful complement to a serving of fresh berries or fruit. You can use any combination of berries. This luscious, refreshing dessert is the perfect finish to a hearty holiday meal.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/4 cup crème fraîche
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp. orange liqueur
  • 170 g of raspberries
  • 170 g of blueberries
  • 170 g strawberries, hulled and quartered

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a well-chilled bowl, combine the heavy cream and sugar. Beat on medium speed until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla bean paste, crème fraîche, orange zest, and orange liqueur and beat on medium speed until medium peaks form.
  2. Layer the berries in a bowl, top with whipped cream and serve.
