This vibrant herby sauce goes with everything! Try it with fish, poultry, grain dishes, or grilled vegetables. It can also be served as a dip with fresh vegetables or shrimp. This sauce features a delicious combination of parsley and chives, but any mild greens you like (basil, cilantro, dill, or mint) will work. Baby spinach adds a lovely green color to the yogurt sauce, but you can also add baby arugula or kale.
