While Asian cuisine in Russia is primarily available in restaurants and delivery services, in its homeland, it's typically first and foremost experienced through street food. In these countries, it's easy to find a street stall selling a variety of flatbreads, donuts, fried noodles, and, of course, kebabs. Juicy pieces of meat skewered on skewers—what could be more delicious and convenient? No extra equipment required, they cook quickly, and you'll experience that familiar childhood thrill of eating meat straight from the skewer! Why not make this simple dish yourself, perfect for a picnic or a children's party?
