A very simple dish perfect for every day, it's quick to prepare and tastes just like a restaurant dish. Any chicken pieces are dipped in a mixture of sour milk and hot sauce, which adds juiciness and a piquant flavor. They're then rolled in crushed cornflakes and baked in the oven. Cornflakes, unlike regular breadcrumbs, remain crispier even after baking. It's a great alternative to deep-fried chicken. Smaller pieces of chicken can be eaten as an appetizer, dipped in sauces, while larger pieces can be served as a main course with a vegetable side dish. You can experiment with this recipe, adding any seasonings you like.
