The fruit is sliced ​​lengthwise, fried in butter, and topped with a simple glaze of orange juice and sugar. Arrange the glossy, caramelized bananas on dessert plates and serve with a dollop of sweet and tart sour cream mixed with brown sugar, cinnamon, and orange zest.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


Dessert

  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut in half crosswise, then lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • A pinch of salt

Sour cream cream

  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the bananas and cook until they begin to caramelize. Add the orange juice, sugar, and salt and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
