A small toaster oven can be used not only for toasting sandwiches but also for baking bread! A great alternative to the oven: bread gets a wonderful golden crust and a fluffy, soft interior. Perfect for toast, sandwiches, and casseroles.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Grease a 6 x 3-inch round baking pan with butter and set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine the butter, yeast, sugar, salt, and 1 cup of warm water. With the mixer on low speed, add flour 1/2 cup at a time, allowing the mixture to fully incorporate before adding the next batch. Once all the flour has been incorporated, mix on medium speed for 8 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan, cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the toaster to 200°C.When measuring flour, spoon it into a dry measuring cup and remove any excess. Scooping flour directly from the bag with a measuring cup will compact it, resulting in dry baked goods.
- Bake, rotating the pan halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 200°F (93°C), about 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack and cool completely.
