- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 packets of concentrated beef broth
- 1/4 cup water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring frequently, until well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet. Drain off any excess fat.
- Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the pepper and onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened. Add the garlic and oregano to the skillet and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Return the beef to the pan. Add the stock and water and cook until the meat is tender.
