When preparing Halloween snacks, transform a simple smoked ham and pickle sandwich into a nightmarish eyeball on a slice of bread. Mix all the sandwich ingredients together with hot sauce, roll the resulting paste into eyeball-like balls, and place them on round slices of bread. Use green olives stuffed with red peppers as the pupils. Sprinkle the eyes with ketchup and serve. This could be quite a frightening sight for unprepared eaters.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Using a 6 cm cookie cutter, cut out circles from the bread. Place them on a baking sheet.
- Place the ham, mayonnaise, honey, mustard, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in the bowl of a food processor. Season with salt and process until finely chopped. Drop the mixture, 1 tablespoon at a time, onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll each portion into a ball.
- Stick an olive half into the center of each ball to form an eye. Place the balls in the middle of the bread circles.
- Drizzle some ketchup around the edges to resemble capillaries. Serve the sandwiches to the kids and pray they don't scream when they see them.
