Smoked salmon pairs beautifully in flavor and texture with soft, creamy cream cheese. Use these two ingredients to create delicious and healthy sandwiches, using thick, juicy lettuce leaves instead of bread. Spread the lettuce leaves with cheese, top with slices of smoked salmon, and garnish with sun-dried tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh onions. Lemon pepper seasoning adds a zesty flavor while balancing the fish with its citrus notes. A delicious and impressive treat for a house party.
