A sweet potato salad can be a substitute for traditional potato salad. Its sweetness, combined with a yogurt-mayonnaise dressing, green onions, orange zest, and a touch of hot sauce, makes an interesting complement to meat dishes, while bell peppers add a touch of richness. Boiled sweet potato slices are mixed with the other ingredients, and the salad is served well chilled.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
