This sweet and tangy dressing with mayonnaise, ketchup, pickles, and seasonings like ground pepper and chili pepper will add flavor not only to salads like iceberg lettuce boats, but also to any fast food appetizer, complementing French fries, mozzarella sticks, or tempura. Serve as a dressing and dipping sauce, for example, for dumplings, sausage rolls, or meatballs.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1/2 cup low-fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l. skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Sea salt
  • 1 chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce (optional)
  • 3 tbsp sweet relish (pickled vegetable caviar)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, and chili pepper to a blender; blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then stir in the vegetable caviar and bell pepper.
