This delicious, refreshing cocktail is perfect for both summer parties and winter aperitifs, when you're craving a warm summer atmosphere. The aromatic French Lillet wine is harmoniously complemented by the flavors of raspberry, mint, and lime, while the sparkling water adds a pleasant sparkle. You can prepare a large serving in a pitcher for the whole group, or pour into individual glasses and top off the cocktails with seltzer water just before serving. Serve the punch well chilled with ice cubes.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

1 bottle (750 ml) Lille
1 cup frozen raspberries + extra for serving
0.5 cup fresh mint leaves + extra for serving
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
3/4 cup white rum
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Ice
1 cup seltzer water

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

Using a masher or muddler, mash the raspberries with the mint and sugar in a large bowl until the raspberries are very finely chopped. Add the rum, lime juice, and Lillet and stir. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours.
Strain the cocktail into a large pitcher filled with ice. Add some raspberries and mint for serving, and top with seltzer water. Serve immediately.

To serve individual cocktails, prepare the punch without the seltzer and pour it into 6-8 glasses filled with ice. Top each glass with seltzer and serve immediately.
