Autumn is the perfect time for warm apple desserts. This crisp is the perfect treat for your family and friends. For added flavor and aroma, it's made with two types of apples, tart and sweet. Add some aromatic, warming spices and apple cider for a truly delicious treat. But the highlight of this crisp is the crumbly topping of pecans and brown sugar, which offers a crisp, crisp contrast against the delicate apple filling. Serve warm. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
