Ree Drummond named her chocolate cake that for a reason. Its secret ingredient is ready-made chocolate cake mix. The cake is so moist and delicious, no one will guess you cheated. And the topping of rich chocolate ganache and rainbow sprinkles gives the dessert a bright, festive look.

1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 10-cup loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cupcake:

Combine the cake mix, milk, butter, eggs, chocolate, and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes.

  3. Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely, about another 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Simple chocolate ganache topping:

Meanwhile, heat the cream until just above a boil. Place the chocolate pieces in a small bowl and pour the hot cream over them. Let it sit for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  5. Place the cake on a cake stand or serving platter and pour the ganache over the cake, letting it drip down the sides. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and serve.
