Pork ribs baked in foil are a delicious dish. When cooked in foil, the meat is infused with its own juices and the flavor of the white wine broth. The resulting ribs are incredibly soft, tender, juicy, and flavorful. And baking them in a glaze makes them even more beautiful and appetizing.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Place each rib rack on thick aluminum foil, shiny side down. Generously sprinkle the seasonings on each side of the ribs. Rub the spices into the meat. Wrap the ribs and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine all the braising liquid ingredients. Microwave for 1 minute at maximum temperature.

  3. Preheat oven to 120 ⁰С.

Place the ribs on a baking sheet. Unwrap one side of each wrapped rib strip and pour half the braising liquid into each. Tilt the baking sheet to distribute the braising liquid evenly. Bake the ribs in the oven for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the remaining braising liquid into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce by half, until syrupy. Brush the ribs with the glaze. Place them on a baking sheet with a rack and bake until the glaze caramelizes.
  5. Cut each strip into two rib pieces. Pour the remaining hot glaze into a bowl and dip the ribs in it.

This dish pairs well with dark stout beer.
