This BBQ cheeseburger, with its juicy beef patty and melting cheese, is packed with flavor, thanks to the sweet and spicy BBQ sauce and grilling. Start with the sauce, as some of it will go into the ground beef for the patties, some will also be used for the onions, and there's still some left over for assembling the cheeseburger. The patties and thick red onion rings, coated in BBQ sauce, are grilled and served on toasted buns with sliced avocado and a dollop of delicious sauce. A perfect option for those celebrating May Day outdoors.
