Ingredients:
- 450 g ground beef (neck)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pickles
- 1 block with 12 pull-apart buns
- 6 slices of cheese

- Mix mayonnaise, chili sauce And hot sauce in a small bowl; chill until ready to serve. Step 2
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and ground beef, season with 1.5 teaspoons of salt and a few pinches of ground pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with the pickles. Step 3
- Cut the entire block of buns in half horizontally. Place the top and bottom halves of the buns cut-side up. Toast until cooked through, 1 to 3 minutes. Remove from the oven and preheat the oven to 200°C. Step 4
- Spread both sides of the buns with spiced mayonnaise. Spread the filling on the bottom of the bun in a thick, even layer; top with cheese. Top with the top bun. Bake until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes.
