Ricotta, whipped in a food processor with honey and vanilla extract, turns into a delicious low-calorie cream in just a minute. Simply chill for a couple of hours and serve with berries. For the berry topping, sliced strawberries are mixed with fresh basil and balsamic reduction. It's easy to make yourself using balsamic vinegar and sugar. Place the sauced strawberries on top of the ricotta cream and enjoy a healthy dessert filled with an unusual combination of intriguing Italian flavors.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place the ricotta, honey, and vanilla extract in a small bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
