This side dish features three types of beans: green beans, yellow wax beans, and lima beans. Lima beans are canned. The beans are tossed with olive oil, placed in foil packets, and grilled until tender. The highlight of this dish is the herb butter with smoked paprika. It infuses the vegetables with a delicate, creamy flavor with savory smoky notes. Place a pat of the herb butter in each foil packet, let it melt and coat the beans, and serve with the grilled meat.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest + lemon wedges for serving
- 330 g green beans, ends trimmed
- 330 g yellow wax beans, ends trimmed
- 1 can (430 g) lima beans, rinsed
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine the butter, paprika, lemon zest, 2 pinches of salt, and ground black pepper until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the green, yellow, and lima beans with the garlic, olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a small amount of ground black pepper.
- Place two 60cm (24 in) sheets of heavy-duty foil on the counter. Spread the vegetables evenly across both sheets. Add 1 tablespoon of water to each mound of beans. Bring the short ends of the foil together and fold them to seal, then fold the long sides over and seal tightly to form two parcels.
- Grill the bean wraps for 8 minutes. Turn and continue grilling until the beans are tender and charred in spots, about 4 more minutes. Carefully open the wraps and toss the vegetables with the herb butter. Serve with lemon wedges.
