This simple recipe will help you cook delicious salmon in the oven, even if you're a novice in the kitchen. Minimal ingredients, maximum flavor, and it's ready in less than half an hour. This is one of those recipes you should always have on hand for those times when you need to whip up a quick, gourmet dinner. The salmon fillet is placed on a bed of lemons and oranges, topped with a mixture of sun-dried tomatoes and fresh dill, and baked in the oven for 10 minutes. The fish turns out juicy and very flavorful. Serve with a glass of dry white wine and enjoy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (170-220 g each)
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 4 orange slices
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes in oil + 1 tbsp oil from a jar
  • 2/3 cup white wine

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. In a large, shallow baking dish measuring 22 x 32 cm, arrange 1 lemon slice and 1 orange slice side by side to create 4 rows. Each salmon fillet will have its own layer of citrus. Sprinkle each fillet with salt and black pepper, then place the fish on top of the lemon and orange slices.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the dill, sun-dried tomatoes, and olive oil. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets and drizzle with white wine. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
