Make delicious tacos in a large casserole. This is convenient when you don't have time to assemble each serving individually. Simply pan-fry the meat filling with black beans and vegetables, sprinkle with corn chips, and quickly bake. Serve with classic taco toppings: fresh cilantro, salsa, crumbled cheese, and lime wedges for a squeeze.
