Before grilling, rub chicken breasts with a Mexican adobo seasoning, which gives them a delicious flavor even if you're cooking them on a grill pan rather than on an outdoor grill. This spicy chicken breast can be added to various salads, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, or simply eaten with a vegetable side dish. The spice mix is versatile. Combine all ingredients in a jar and keep it tightly sealed to season any dishes you'd like to add a Latin American twist.
