This spicy chicken breast can be added to various salads, quesadillas, burritos, tacos, or simply eaten with a vegetable side dish. The spice mix is ​​versatile. 1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Cooking spray or vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder or flakes
  • 1 tbsp. l. dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp. l. dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp ground annatto seeds

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small glass jar with a lid and shake to combine. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
