This colorful Christmas wreath salad with vibrant oranges, candied pecans, and pomegranate seeds will not only make a stunning centerpiece for your holiday table but also solve the problem of soggy salad leaves. The citrus dressing is served in a bowl in the center of the dish, and the salad is arranged around it, allowing guests to help themselves and drizzle with just the right amount of dressing.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1 tbsp. pecan halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 140 g of arugula
  • 2 heads frisee lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • Half a head of radicchio, thinly sliced
  • 2 Navelin oranges
  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cups olive oil
  • 0.5 tbsp. pomegranate seeds
  • 30 g crumbled feta
