Bake individual snowman-shaped pizzas. Creamy ricotta and mozzarella will give it a snowy look, black olive rings will serve as eyes and buttons, and a slice of orange bell pepper will be the nose. Give each snowman a rosemary broom and delight your loved ones with a delicious and beautiful winter pizza.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 260°C and place a pizza stone or upside-down baking sheet inside.
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, chopped rosemary, red pepper flakes, and garlic; season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and set aside.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces (110 g each, about 7.5 cm in diameter). Divide each piece into 2 circles, one 5 cm wide (for the snowman's body) and the other 2.5 cm wide (for the head). On a lightly floured work surface, roll each dough ball out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 0.5 cm. If the dough becomes too stiff while rolling, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest while you roll out the remaining pieces. After 4-5 minutes, it will become more elastic.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Place two large circles of dough on each piece of parchment paper and overlap the smaller circle (for the heads) slightly. Brush the dough with olive oil, prick with a fork to prevent bubbles, and bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and spread the ricotta mixture over the top, leaving a 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) border. Top with mozzarella slices. Cut four elongated triangles (about 5 cm) from the orange pepper for the carrot noses; place a triangle on the snowman's face. Make eyes from two olive slices, smiley faces from five olive slices, and buttons from three olive slices.
- Place the pizza on the hot stone or baking sheet and continue baking until the cheese is melted, about 3 more minutes. Transfer to a cutting board; place a sprig of rosemary in the snowman's right hand to create a broom. Repeat with the remaining snowmen. Serve the pizza hot.
