You'll be surprised how easy it is to make these delicious, healthy apple chips. The hardest part is probably slicing the fruit thinly, but a mandoline slicer can help! Sprinkle the apples with a blend of aromatic spices and bake in the oven until crispy.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.

- 2 Goldrush or Pink Lady apples

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 235°F (107°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a small bowl, combine the anise, ginger, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Using a mandoline, slice the apples into 0.3 cm thick rounds. Place them on prepared baking sheets, making sure the slices don't touch. Sprinkle the apples with the spice mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour. Turn the apples over and bake until crisp, another 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool completely. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 3 days..
