Peeled and peeled large shrimp are simmered in a rich tomato sauce with fragrant oregano, red pepper, garlic, and white wine. Don't forget to serve thick slices of fresh crusty bread to dip into the sauce and savor it to the last drop.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 220 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 large clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- 0.5 cups dry white wine
- 1 can (400 g) of canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- Chopped fresh parsley, for serving
- Toasted slices of bread, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat, add the garlic and cook until lightly golden, 2 minutes.
- Add the wine and simmer until reduced by half, 3 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, 6-8 minutes. Season with oregano, salt, and red pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the sauce, spreading them evenly. Cook over medium heat until opaque, about 8 minutes.
- Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with toasted bread.
